Pre- Premiere Searching for the Oracle - Python's Gaze

Pre- premiere of the film Searching for the Oracle- Python´s Gaze at Cinema Lais in Athens. Upon invitation. 

In the film the mythological snake Python, that guarded the Oracles of Gaea, before she got slayed by God Apollo returns to contemporary Greece, and slides through the landscape. The film builds on recent research in Delphi´s geomytological archive, and invites the spectator for a meditative speculation upon the origins of western civilizations most central myths. 

The pre- premiere is curated by Poka - Yio and made possible in collaboration with PCAI (Polygreen Art and Culture Initiative), Norwegian Embassy in Athens and Greek Film Archive.
